Executive Chef, Jake Alaniz
Jake’s love of the culinary arts led him to attend the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, where he spent a large portion of his time in kitchens throughout the Bay Area (including Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse Restaurant). After graduating, Jake moved to Bend with his family and continued his culinary training under the tutelage of Chef Doug McFarland. Now, at 10below, Jake continues to hone his skills, learning from Chef Henrichs' decades of experience and unique style.
